This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and ensure delivery of high-impact features in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: • Define and prioritise product features based on market insights, customer feedback, and business needs. • Build and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap aligned with strategic goals. • Own the product backlog, ensuring it's current, organised, and reflects top priorities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, customer support) to refine backlog items and drive delivery. • Champion customer needs throughout the product lifecycle. • Apply Agile principles to guide development and foster continuous improvement. • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product decisions. • Facilitate customer engagement to validate product features and ensure satisfaction. • Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success. • Communicate progress and outcomes regularly to senior stakeholders. Requirements: • Proven experience in finance, POS, or payment platforms. • Experience in hospitality or restaurant tech is a plus. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. • Strong background in Agile frameworks and Lean-Agile thinking. • Demonstrated success in launching digital products. • Excellent stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills. • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. • Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Mural, or similar. • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
