Job details: Title: Program/Project Manager, Agentic Search Location: Remote Duration: Contract until Dec'25 (potential extension) Pay Range: $70-$72/hr. on w2 Seeking a Project/Program Manager to support the AI-driven Search Architecture roadmap. This role is critical to drive execution of a large program (Agentic Search), ensuring milestones are met, metrics are upheld, and stakeholders are aligned. You’ll work closely with product teams in San Jose and provide program leadership across multiple cross-functional teams. Responsibility: • Lead the execution of Agentic Search, a large-scale AI program, ensuring delivery against metrics and timelines. • Partner with product managers to drive roadmap execution, track milestones, and deliver updates to stakeholders. • Manage project planning, design execution, and progress tracking, with accountability for reporting and metrics. • Facilitate communication and alignment across product teams, engineering, and leadership. • Document processes, maintain visibility into progress, and ensure program risks/issues are escalated and resolved. Must Haves: • 6-10 years as a Project Manager or Program Manager. • Experience with AI/Agentic search technologies. • Prior experience in eCommerce or Marketplace environments or Tech company. • Proven experience driving large programs and working with cross-functional product/engineering teams. • Strong Google Sheets & Microsoft Suite skills (data tracking, reporting, presentations). • Jira knowledge is must for project tracking and issue management. • Metrics-driven program management — ability to define, track, and communicate success KPIs. • Slack for team communication (Nice to have)
