Project Manager II – Packaging Commercialization We are seeking a Project Manager II to support ongoing packaging commercialization and product launch initiatives across private-label consumer products. This role is focused on packaging development, BOM (Bill of Materials) management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely and sustainable product launches in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience in packaging testing, document management systems, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll be involved in owning end-to-end packaging workflows, optimizing materials for sustainability, and ensuring accurate reporting aligned with regulatory and internal standards. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end packaging commercialization processes for branded consumer goods • Lead packaging testing initiatives and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy across product lines • Coordinate cross-functional inputs and timelines to enable on-time product launches • Collaborate with stakeholders across sourcing, design, quality, and compliance teams • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved sustainability in packaging materials • Support reporting and documentation efforts tied to packaging standards and business goals Top Required Skills • BOM Management (Spec-rite) – Hands-on experience managing and updating packaging specs and material records • Microsoft Excel – Proficient in data organization, tracking, and reporting • Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal abilities to align with cross-functional stakeholders Skills & Experience Required • Experience managing packaging development and testing processes • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to work independently while coordinating across functions • Exposure to private-label product lifecycles in e-commerce or retail environments • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Must exhibit leadership qualities aligned with ownership, curiosity, and delivering results Work Environment & Structure • Daily responsibilities include packaging testing coordination, BOM documentation, and stakeholder updates • Work includes a mix of independent execution and team collaboration • Projects include OTC healthcare and furniture product lines with e-commerce constraints • Flexible workstyle with potential for extension; no conversion to full-time • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful packaging innovation and launch-readiness for high-impact products Why This Role?
