Project Manager II – Packaging Commercialization
We are seeking a Project Manager II to support ongoing packaging commercialization and product launch initiatives across private-label consumer products. This role is focused on packaging development, BOM (Bill of Materials) management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely and sustainable product launches in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in packaging testing, document management systems, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll be involved in owning end-to-end packaging workflows, optimizing materials for sustainability, and ensuring accurate reporting aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end packaging commercialization processes for branded consumer goods
• Lead packaging testing initiatives and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy across product lines
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs and timelines to enable on-time product launches
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sourcing, design, quality, and compliance teams
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved sustainability in packaging materials
• Support reporting and documentation efforts tied to packaging standards and business goals
