Job Title: Project Manager – Shopify Brand Operations Location: Irvine, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Reports to: Board Member About Donahona Donahona is a growing e-commerce brand specializing in premium ergonomic pillows and wellness products. Our mission is to create products that improve our customers’ sleep quality, posture, and overall comfort. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager who can oversee day-to-day Shopify operations, coordinate marketing and fulfillment, and ensure seamless brand execution. Position Overview The Project Manager – Shopify Brand Operations will be responsible for managing Donahona’s e-commerce store, overseeing product launches, coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams, and optimizing operational workflows. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure the brand grows efficiently while maintaining operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Store Management ●      Oversee daily Shopify store operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions. ●      Manage product page updates, ensuring all content is accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines. ●      Coordinate product launches, bundle promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Project & Operations Management ●      Create, track, and manage project timelines for marketing campaigns, product updates, and operational tasks. ●      Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver on-brand creative assets. ●      Work with suppliers, fulfillment centers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and inventory accuracy. ●      Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline workflows. Marketing Coordination ●      Coordinate with marketing to execute email campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid ads. ●      Ensure promotions and campaigns are correctly implemented on Shopify. ●      Support SEO optimization and product content enhancements. Analytics & Reporting ●      Monitor key performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, AOV, inventory turnover). ●      Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership with actionable recommendations. Customer Experience Oversight ●      Work with customer service to resolve escalated issues and ensure high satisfaction. ●      Monitor post-purchase experiences and feedback to drive improvements. Qualifications ●      Experience: Minimum 3–5 years managing a Shopify store with proven track record of driving growth and efficiency. ●      Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Chinese preferred. ●      Technical Skills: Proficient in Shopify admin, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or ClickUp). ●      Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and paid ad platforms. ●      Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. ●      Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ●      Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly. Preferred Qualifications ●      Experience in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) consumer goods or home & lifestyle products. ●      Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for Shopify edits. ●      Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Canva/Figma.
