About the role:
As a Project Manager at Pet Drugs Online, you will play a vital role in delivering a variety of business-critical initiatives that support our continued growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion, or supporting more complex initiatives as part of a wider project team. This role is ideal for experienced project professionals who are confident in managing day-to-day delivery with autonomy, while still open to development and learning within a supportive PMO environment. You will work across the business, collaborating with stakeholders in Logistics Operations, Marketing, Technology, Commercial, Customer Service, and more.

• PMO Standards & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in ERP-related data outputs and integrations
What are we looking for?
• Experience in a website/ecommerce project management role within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle of projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient with project management tools and documentation.
• Confident using software including PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and a high level of attention to detail
