Project Manager Project Responsibilities β€’ Schedule project workload across executional teams, coordinating with stakeholders and colleagues to prioritise delivery β€’ Liaise with internal specialist teams and clients to agree scope of work, timeframes and costs β€’ Create and communicate project plans β€’ Create supporting documentation & risk registers β€’ Work with lead developers to ensure tasks estimates are present and monitor progress of the developers against estimates β€’ Run stand-up meetings with the production team β€’ Ensure work is completed to specification β€’ Creating project specific efficiencies β€’ Liaise with QA testers to ensure work has been thoroughly tested β€’ Provide regular reports to internal teams and clients β€’ Lead regular project washups, documenting outcomes and support in implementing agreed process changes β€’ Report on the commercial element of the project and ensure that the day rate is maintained throughout delivery β€’ Help develop processes and procedures that consistently drive positive change and growth within the Project Management team and the wider business β€’ Support SPM / Principal PM / Head of PM on high profile projects with larger complexity and numerous stakeholders What we'd like you to bring to the role: β€’ Experienced in Project Management β€’ Strong decision maker β€’ Able to solve problems independently β€’ Strong time management and organisational skills β€’ Interest in websites and related subjects; knowledge of trends in website design, UX, CRO, development, CMS, SEO etc β€’ Experience managing digital projects and/or client accounts, ideally in an agency environment β€’ Strong experience in project planning and resource management β€’ Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid project methodologies β€’ Strong client/stakeholder facing experience β€’ Ability to clearly communicate concepts to clients β€’ Ability to steer clients in terms of what is and isn't feasible or is relatively easy/difficult β€’ Comfortable leading client-facing meetings and setting agendas β€’ Attention to detail β€’ Commercially-minded β€’ Digital agency experience β€’ Strong team leadership or project group management; experience working with developers and designers β€’ Experience working with content management systems (Kentico, Umbraco, Shopify, Adobe and BigCommerce) β€’ Experience with any project planning and resource management tools e.g. Jira, Teamgantt, HubPlanner and other resourcing, project management and tasks management tools β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
