Role description
Role - Project Manager/Business Analyst Location - Glasgow (Onsite) Type - Contract (Inside IR35) Key Responsibilities β€’ Work with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, FRD, use cases, process flows). β€’ Conduct GAP analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies for card-related systems (e.g., issuing, acquiring, clearing, fraud monitoring). β€’ Drive end-to-end project execution using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. β€’ Define project scope, objectives, timeline, and resource planning in collaboration with stakeholders. β€’ Maintain project plans, track milestones, manage risks, issues, and change control. β€’ Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders. β€’ Manage relationships with vendors, third-party platforms (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), and internal teams. Must-Have Skills β€’ 10+ years of experience as a BA/PM in the Banking and Cards domain. β€’ Strong knowledge of card payments ecosystem – issuing, acquiring, interchange, settlement, fraud detection, EMV, and PCI-DSS compliance. β€’ Experience in end-to-end delivery of projects involving credit/debit card systems, mobile wallets, POS, e-commerce transactions. β€’ Familiarity with systems such as VisionPLUS, TSYS, FIS, Base24, or similar. β€’ Proven track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination. β€’ Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint.
