Role description
Title: Project Manager/ScrumMaster Location: Remote Duration: Β 12 month contract Compensation: $65 - $75 per hour Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Project Manager/Scrum Master We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for our growing eCommerce platform, enabling our cross-functional product teams to deliver customer-centric digital experiences at scale. This role is central to our product operating model transformation, where teams are aligned to business outcomes, empowered to own their roadmaps, and measured by customer impact. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, a facilitative leadership style, and proven experience working in fast-paced digital environments—particularly in retail, B2B, or B2C eCommerce Requirements β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. β€’ 7+ years of scrum master experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in large-scale enterprise change projects & programs β€’ Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or II, SAFe Scrum Master). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred β€’ Experience supporting eCommerce or high-traffic digital platforms (B2B or B2C) and growing/supporting a B2B Omnichannel/e-commerce capability. β€’ Hands-on experience working with cross-functional product teams including Product Management, UX, and Engineering. β€’ Experience driving agile practices within a product operating model or similar digital transformation effort. β€’ Background in product-led organizations or customer-centric digital experiences. β€’ Expertise with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban), lean principles, and product development lifecycles. β€’ Experience working in Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools. β€’ Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. β€’ Familiarity with headless commerce, digital storefront architecture, or omnichannel commerce. β€’ Familiarity with UX, SEO, analytics, and digital product lifecycle is a plus β€’ Experience working with geographically distributed teams and nearshore/offshore models while influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships. β€’ Experience managing SDLC projects using an iterative methodology preferred. β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies and experience applying these methods to manage successful projects. β€’ Analytical skills are required to effectively manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control and reporting. β€’ Strong oral and written communication skills and experience leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of mgt. β€’ High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures desired. β€’ High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project, SharePoint, etc. Our benefits package includes: β€’ Comprehensive medical benefits β€’ Competitive pay β€’ 401(k) retirement plan β€’ …and much more!
