This position is fully virtual.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Recipe Content Manager who has relevant previous experience building, maintaining, and operating either their own successful food website or blog, or else managing the backend for a top-tier culinary personality or media brand.
You should understand the mechanics of what makes a recipe website successful including SEO and image optimization to CMS structure, recipe copywriting and formatting, affiliate integrations, newsletter growth, analytics tracking, and the nuances of syncing with a YouTube-first strategy.
Bonus: you’re food-obsessed and thrive in the fast-moving creator world!
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll work directly with the team behind Nick DiGiovanni, including his managers, producers, newsletter editors, and more to ensure the recipe site becomes a go-to destination for high-quality food content. You’ll also collaborate with web developers, designers, and SEO consultants on our partner teams as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
• 3+ years managing a highly successful food blog, recipe site, or editorial food platform—ideally one with a strong video integration tie-in.
• Proven knowledge of web-based SEO for recipes, including schema markup, internal linking strategies, image naming, and search trends.
• Strong technical command of WordPress platforms and familiarity with recipe plug-ins, back-end publishing workflows, and site structure optimization.
• Familiarity with newsletter tools, analytics dashboards, affiliate tools, and basic e-commerce integrations.
• Creative thinking and editorial judgment—understanding what makes a recipe visually compelling, searchable, and engaging.
• Jack of all trades eager to convert audience to loyal followers by leveraging monthly subscriber challenges, giveaways, and tools like Manychat!
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment as a team player with strong communication skills.
