Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Operations Manager for Bybit Pay . This role will be responsible for developing localized operation strategies, managing market resources, and driving user adoption through cross-functional execution. As part of the core operations team, you will work closely with product, business development, marketing, compliance, and external partners to ensure Bybit Pay’s market success in target regions. Key Responsibilities • Regional Operations Strategy • Define and execute localized operations strategies for key SEA and emerging markets • Align operational activities with business goals, product roadmaps, and market growth plans • Market Resource Management • Identify, build, and manage relationships with local partners, PSPs, and strategic vendors • Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, BD, legal, compliance) to optimize market resources and support execution • Business Performance • Monitor regional performance data (user activation, transaction volume, conversion) • Analyze data and generate insights to refine operational strategies and improve market outcomes • User & Merchant Growth Operations • Support user acquisition campaigns, merchant onboarding processes, and lifecycle management initiatives • Collaborate with regional marketing and BD teams on promotional activities, events, and partnership activations Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in regional operations, business development, or strategic partnerships within fintech, payments, or digital commerce industries • Strong understanding of specific region’s payment ecosystem, cross-border payment flows, and regulatory environment • Proven ability to manage market-level operations and resource planning • Track record in partner management, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration • Data-driven with experience in KPI monitoring, operational reporting, and business analysis • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in Chinese and English; other regional languages are a plus
