Remote Ecommerce Website Manager – Luxury Lighting Business We are a growing luxury lighting company, receiving daily online orders, and we’re looking for a Remote Ecommerce Website Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, flexible role (a few hours per day), but you must be available to answer the phone throughout the day and handle tasks promptly. Key Responsibilities: • Process daily orders by liaising with our suppliers. • Handle incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly manner. • Manage and respond to sales enquiries. • Coordinate with our brand collaborators and partners. • Assist with general ecommerce management tasks. Requirements: • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet. • Ecommerce experience, ideally with Shopify. • Highly organised with great attention to detail. • Someone with an existing flexible role who can fit this work around their day. Hours & Pay: • Part-time: a few hours per day (flexible schedule). • Must be available to answer calls during business hours. • Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience.
