The Role:
We are seeking a resourceful and independent sales specialist with a solid grasp of SaaS or Payments to join our ambitious growth efforts in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity, as our client is experiencing unprecedented growth. As an essential part of the Sales team, your main responsibility will be to transform qualified leads into satisfied customers. You'll engage with a wide variety of businesses, aiding them in identifying the e-commerce solutions that best fit their needs. Your role is critical in helping achieve revenue targets and further our client’s vision as the preferred solution provider for SaaS businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow a strategic book of business in the Americas by formulating and executing long-term deal strategies.
• Prioritize target accounts while working with Business Development Representatives and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to value positioning, addressing objections, champion building, and influencing stakeholders.
• Utilize a consultative sales technique to align the client’s solutions with customer goals.
• Master the client’s product offerings and effectively articulate their value propositions to executive leadership in potential client companies.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand clients’ needs and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored sales strategies.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to ensure the client's long-term success through integrated sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Extensive closing experience in software or SaaS industries with a history of managing intricate sales processes and transactions.
• Proven track record in consultative, value-driven sales and surpassing sales quotas.
• Experience selling technical products or services.
• Exceptional communication skills with prospective clients in various settings.
• Entrepreneurial attitude adept at solving complex challenges in a fast-growth environment.
Preferred Experience:
• Background in the payments industry or selling B2B SaaS.
• Experience at a growth-stage Internet/software company.
• Selling to technical decision-makers like CTOs, Heads of Product, or Founders.
• Familiarity with eCommerce providers and subscription services.
• Ability to work in an unstructured, self-directed environment.
