Role description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
โข Develop and execute marketing plans with objectives, strategies, and tactics to support market growth targets driven by analytical insights
โข Merchandise and optimize ecommerce menus at a store level to increase online conversions and drive traffic to our physical stores
โข Create, manage, and execute promotion and discount strategies by market
โข Use analytics to make business decisions
โข Develop strategies and action plans for retail marketing including promotional events, partner collaborations and community outreach initiatives
โข Find efficiencies across a complex and dynamic marketing stack to improve overall customer experience
โข Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial culture
โข Work cross functionally with retail, commercialization, and operations to deliver best in class marketing to launch and support product roadmaps
โข Develop strong retail marketing plans that support state revenue targets while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes in market conditions
โข Maintain working knowledge of the consumer, markets, and trends to glean insights and develop data-driven plans to capitalize on opportunities
โข Responsible for adhering to marketing budget
โข KPIs will be measured primarily by the success of patient/customer growth, meeting revenue targets, expanding patient/customer product mix portfolio
โข Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
โข Bachelor's degree required
โข 5+ years working in Marketing with a focus on execution, product introduction and commercialization, cross channel media strategy and execution
โข Strategic mind-set, with experience in developing business strategies in complex and dynamic business environments
โข 3+ years in consumer-packaged goods marketing, digital marketing, or retail marketing preferred
โข Experience contributing to the retail and marketing planning process in a matrixed organization
โข Excellent project management skills
โข Strong customer focus and relationship orientation
โข Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
โข Regional and national travel required
