Role description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities โ€ข Develop and execute marketing plans with objectives, strategies, and tactics to support market growth targets driven by analytical insights โ€ข Merchandise and optimize ecommerce menus at a store level to increase online conversions and drive traffic to our physical stores โ€ข Create, manage, and execute promotion and discount strategies by market โ€ข Use analytics to make business decisions โ€ข Develop strategies and action plans for retail marketing including promotional events, partner collaborations and community outreach initiatives โ€ข Find efficiencies across a complex and dynamic marketing stack to improve overall customer experience โ€ข Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial culture โ€ข Work cross functionally with retail, commercialization, and operations to deliver best in class marketing to launch and support product roadmaps โ€ข Develop strong retail marketing plans that support state revenue targets while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes in market conditions โ€ข Maintain working knowledge of the consumer, markets, and trends to glean insights and develop data-driven plans to capitalize on opportunities โ€ข Responsible for adhering to marketing budget โ€ข KPIs will be measured primarily by the success of patient/customer growth, meeting revenue targets, expanding patient/customer product mix portfolio โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Minimum Qualifications โ€ข Bachelor's degree required โ€ข 5+ years working in Marketing with a focus on execution, product introduction and commercialization, cross channel media strategy and execution โ€ข Strategic mind-set, with experience in developing business strategies in complex and dynamic business environments โ€ข 3+ years in consumer-packaged goods marketing, digital marketing, or retail marketing preferred โ€ข Experience contributing to the retail and marketing planning process in a matrixed organization โ€ข Excellent project management skills โ€ข Strong customer focus and relationship orientation โ€ข Exceptional written and verbal communication skills โ€ข Regional and national travel required Preferred Qualifications โ€ข Comfort with analytics and strong business acumen โ€ข Strong understanding of retail marketing and ecommerce โ€ข Ability to pivot priorities quickly and effectively as needed โ€ข Experience developing all aspects of marketing eco-system โ€ข Proven mastery of product launch protocol โ€ข Results-driver, with flexible demeanor with willingness to advance multiple discussions and workstreams in parallel
