JOB TITLE: Retail Media Digital Designer LOCATION: Boston, MA (hybrid preferred to office 2 days per week) PAY RATE: $40- $50ph / w2 (will depend on experience) START DATE: September 1st, 2025 DURATION: approx. 6 months – this is covering a maternity leave HOURS: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week An iconic and well known toy manufacturer is currently looking to bring on a Digital Designer, specifically with Retail Media design capabilities, to join their team. RESPONSIBILITIES: - This person will be responsible for designing assets for B2B retail media campaigns for Amazon, Walmart.com, and BestBuy. Assets include display ads, banners, and media storefronts. - The team receives a lot of creative from their global teams that need tweaks like resizing or swapping out updated copy - Lots of resizing different holiday assets for their different retailers. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree • 4+ years in digital design • Must have experience with retail media design (for example, creating display ads for different retail stores.com) • Have experience designing assets for media campaigns for Amazon and/or Walmart • CPG retail industry experience • Must have a good understanding about how ecommerce works Catena Solutions brings 30+ years of expertise supporting organizations to drive growth, optimize operations, and navigate industry challenges.
