Our brand celebrates sustainability, craftsmanship, and the wild beauty of North Wales. We are seeking a talented individual who can elevate our retail footprint, forge meaningful spa partnerships, and help guests discover the full Rhug Wild Beauty experience.
The Role
• Lead retail sales strategy and execution across our owned channels and partner retailers.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage spa and wellness partnerships to expand Rhug Wild Beauty’s presence in premium spa, hotel, and retail environments.
• Develop and implement a multi-channel growth plan (in-store, e-commerce, events) to maximise revenue, brand awareness, and guest engagement.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics; monitor KPIs and adjust plans to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store and partner staff; ensure consistent brand standards, product knowledge, and exceptional guest service.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to launch campaigns, promotions, and seasonal programs.
• Manage project timelines for spa installations, collaborations, and retail launches; coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-brand results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end spa partners, wellness professionals, and key accounts.
• Represent Rhug Wild Beauty at events, product launches, and media opportunities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven track record in retail sales leadership and spa/retail partnerships, preferably within premium skincare, beauty, or wellness.
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, plus hands-on execution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Project management prowess with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Passion for natural/skincare products and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexible and proactive, with a collaborative, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
• Based in or willing to relocate to North Wales; willingness to travel as required.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
