About the Role Taskify is partnering with a leading AI research lab to recruit experienced Retail & E-Commerce professionals. You will contribute to developing and evaluating advanced AI systems that simulate real-world retail workflows, including inventory forecasting, product content optimization, and campaign performance analysis. What You’ll Do • Evaluate AI-generated retail outputs such as forecasting reports, merchandising plans, and performance dashboards for accuracy and quality • Calibrate AI decision-making on SKU replenishment, shelf planogram resets, and ROI calculations • Create domain-specific assets like inventory replenishment playbooks, product content guidelines, and reporting templates • Collaborate asynchronously with AI and product teams to improve system capabilities What You Bring • 3+ years in Retail Operations, E-Commerce Merchandising, Category Management, Supply Chain Planning, or a related field, OR a relevant graduate degree • Strong skills in demand forecasting, open-to-buy budgeting, GMV/revenue KPI analysis, and merchandising metrics • Experience developing retail assets like store scorecards, inventory models, product content libraries, and campaign ROI dashboards • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously Application & Onboarding • Submit your resume and application form • Participate in a 30-minute AI interview assessing your ability to train AI models in your domain 📩 Apply today – turn your Retail & E-commerce expertise into AI innovation.
