About The Role
Milliorize is hiring an experienced Retention Manager to lead CRM, bonusing, and lifecycle engagement strategies across its two flagship products: MarketRaces and Sweepluxe. This is a key leadership role with full ownership over player retention, loyalty, and engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the U.S. sweepstakes space, is deeply familiar with FastTrack CRM (including the Gamification Engine) or similar, and knows how to build scalable, high-performing lifecycle strategies.

οΈYour Responsibilities On The Project Will Be:
β’ Player Retention & Engagement Strategy
β’ Develop data-driven retention strategies to increase active users and reduce churn.
β’ Work closely with CRM, email marketing, and in-game messaging teams to create engaging campaigns.
β’ Analyze player behavior, deposit trends, and session frequency to personalize offers.
β’ CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
β’ Design automated retention campaigns (emails, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages) based on user segments.
β’ Build player lifecycle journeys (welcome flows, reactivation campaigns, VIP programs, churn prevention).
β’ Optimize loyalty programs and rewards for long-term player engagement.
β’ Bonus & Promotion Management
β’ Create and optimize bonuses, cashback programs, daily challenges, and seasonal promotions.
β’ Implement A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of different promotions.
β’ Ensure bonuses align with revenue goals and prevent bonus abuse.
β’ VIP & High-Value Player Management
β’ Develop exclusive VIP retention strategies to retain high-value players (whales).
β’ Personalize offers for top depositors through tailored rewards, events, and account managers.
β’ Churn Prevention & Win-Back Campaigns
β’ Identify early signs of churn using behavioral analytics and predictive modeling.
β’ Create win-back campaigns for inactive players through special promotions.
β’ Implement exit surveys and feedback loops to understand why users leave.
β’ Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
β’ Track key retention KPIs: Daily Active Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), Retention Rate (D1, D7, D30), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Churn Rate.
β’ Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, and SQL to measure retention performance.
β’ Present insights and actionable reports to the leadership team.
β’ Compliance & Responsible Engagement
β’ Ensure retention strategies align with gambling regulations and responsible gaming policies.
β’ Work closely with the customer support and KYC teams to prevent fraud and promote ethical engagement.

β’ 5+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing in social casino or sweepstakes products (U.S. market).
β’ Strong knowledge of FastTrack CRM or similar tools, including Gamification setup.
β’ Deep understanding of bonus mechanics, lifecycle marketing, and sweeps compliance.
β’ Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data.
β’ Excellent communication and copywriting skills for segmented audiences.
β’ Highly self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
β’ Must be fully committed, proactive, and ready to take full ownership of retention efforts.
β’ English level B2/C1 β professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
