Role description
Our client, a DTC apparel brand, is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to join their team in NYC! Responsibilities: โ€ข Develop and lead comprehensive retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value. โ€ข Design and execute customer retention initiatives across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and loyalty programs. โ€ข Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for enhancing retention and engagement. โ€ข Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align retention strategies with overall business objectives and brand messaging. โ€ข Oversee the development and implementation of loyalty programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and measurable results. โ€ข Create and present performance reports, highlighting retention metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for growth. Qualifications: โ€ข 6+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong focus on D2C businesses. โ€ข Proven track record of creating and executing successful retention strategies. โ€ข Experience with platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive a plus. โ€ข Experience managing or developing loyalty programs. โ€ข Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for measurable outcomes. โ€ข Excellent collaboration and communication skills. $100,000-$120,000 depending on experience.
