What We’re Looking For: A hands-on retention marketer who loves building campaigns and programs that keep customers coming back. This person will focus on subscription platform optimization, surprise & delight campaigns, loyalty/rewards testing, sunset flows, and packaging insert programs. All designed to reduce churn and grow LTV. You’ll collaborate closely with our CXO to identify retention opportunities in customer interactions and with our Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and deploy campaigns that align with retention goals. You’re equal parts creative problem-solver and detail-oriented executor, with a knack for turning data into actionable ideas. What You’ll Be Doing: • Support the Lifecycle Marketing team with the roadmap to reduce churn and increase LTV, aligning initiatives with CX and lifecycle marketing strategies. • Develop value-added initiatives that increase subscriber engagement and strengthen loyalty. • Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey post-purchase, identifying friction points and opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and brand advocacy. • Support with subscription program optimization, including platform UX, perks, rewards, and cancellation-save flows. • Conduct cohort success analytics to connect marketing and product performance, turning insights into action. • Manage subscription platform improvements from onboarding to renewal. • Execute surprise & delight campaigns to reward loyalty and drive engagement. • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and deploy sunset flows, win-back campaigns, and audience-triggered retention programs. • Run the campaign deployment process to ensure smooth, error-free launches. • Test and optimize rewards/loyalty program perks, offers, and communications. • Track and report on churn, LTV, and campaign performance, turning insights into next steps. • Support insert strategy and execution, tracking redemption and engagement. • Collaborate with CXO to integrate lifecycle automation into service interactions and identify growth opportunities in customer conversations. • Champion a test-and-learn culture with A/B and multivariate experiments that improve conversion and retention. • Work with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to align campaign timing, creative direction, and audience targeting. • Track and report on retention KPIs, translating insights into campaigns, experiments, and strategy improvements. • Maintain relationships with external vendors to leverage new retention trends and tools. What You’ll Bring: • 4+ years in retention marketing, subscription management, or CX optimization for a DTC subscription brand, preferably in the dietary supplement space. • Experience with Shopify Plus, Recharge, Klaviyo, and loyalty/rewards tools. • Strong organizational skills and ability to run multiple campaigns at once. • Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset. • Detail-oriented with a passion for improving customer experience and retention KPIs. • Deep understanding of LTV/CAC models, churn/retention cohorts, and funnel reporting. • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
