Brand Marketing Manager Position Summary We're looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to own and elevate the way we connect with our clients through email, SMS, promotions, events, and more. If you're part strategist, part storyteller, part data nerd—with a passion for aesthetics and a knack for building community through marketing—this role is for you. Salary: 70-80k per year, based on experience Email & SMS Marketing • Own and manage the email and SMS calendar, aligned with annual and promotional marketing plans • Build and optimize automated flows that boost retention, engagement, and lifetime value • Partner with agencies to bring beautiful, branded campaigns to life • Track, analyze, and report with insights that fuel constant improvement Promotional Strategy & Execution • Manage the promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, seasonal trends, and business objectives • Program campaigns in Zenoti (our commerce platform) • Educate cross-functional teams on current promotions so they're set up to sell • Report on promo performance with smart, actionable takeaways Website Management • Maintain and update content via Payload CMS to reflect current promotions, events, new services, and staffing updates • Monitor site performance and recommend ways to boost traffic and engagement Event Marketing • Drive event attendance through targeted email/SMS marketing • Manage virtual (Zoom) events • Support live events alongside the marketing, sales, and center teams Local Listings • Conduct regular audits of local listings (Yelp, Google, Apple Maps, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency across locations • Explore ways to leverage local listing tools to drive greater traffic/discovery of our locations Marketing Strategy • Collaborate with the marketing team on developing integrated quarterly and annual 360° marketing plans Who You Are • Creative but organized, strategic but scrappy • Confident communicator who loves a good subject line • Curious, coachable, and collaborative • Obsessed with growth—both for the brand and yourself • Comfortable juggling projects, priorities, and platforms What You Bring • 3–5 years of experience in retention, e-mail, digital, or brand marketing • Proven track record with email and SMS platforms (HubSpot or similar) • Experience with multi-location retail or service brands or in aesthetics/wellness/beauty industry is a huge plus • Strong proficiency in marketing tools: HubSpot, Zenoti, Asana, CMS platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, PowerPoint • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Perks & Details • Reports to: Director of Brand Marketing • Works closely with: Social Media Manager, Sales Team, Client Services Team, Center Leaders, and Third-Party Agencies (Creative, CRM, and Email Agencies) • Day-to-day remote work with travel as needed for events and meetings • 401K with employer matching • PTO and paid holidays plus a personal holiday on your work anniversary each year! • Comprehensive health benefits • Company MacBook • Phone allowance • Employee discounts on treatments, services, and products Revive Med Spa is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
