Role description
Description Join Infiterra and help power the future of subscription e-commerce. Infiterra’s B2B SaaS platform helps IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) automate and grow their subscription business. With 100+ customers in 75 countries, we're recognized for innovation and global impact—and we’re just getting started. We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, allowing you to be part of a dynamic, forward- thinking team. The role in a nutshell We're hiring our first-ever Revenue Operations Manager to design, implement, and scale the systems, processes, and insights that power our revenue engine. You won't be inheriting messy legacy structures — you’ll build the blueprint yourself. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will report directly to our Chief Finance Officer. You won’t be managing people, but you’ll be managing the entire RevOps function. This is your domain — own it end-to-end. The role is based in London—our newest hub. We’ve just opened a WeWork office in the city, 2 steps away from Chancery Lane stop, and are building out a founding team to drive our UK expansion. It’s a great time to join: you’ll be part of shaping not just the role, but also the local team culture and presence from the ground up. What You'll Do • Own the RevOps function: Define the roadmap, set priorities, and execute across all revenue operations initiatives. • Build scalable processes for lead management, deal tracking, pipeline health, and forecasting. • Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance — create one source of truth. • Design and manage our GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools, etc.) — from selection to integration and optimization. • Implement reporting & analytics for performance metrics across the funnel (MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, churn, NRR, etc.). • Contribute to the development of compensation plans, territory design, and quota setting frameworks in collaboration with leadership. • Act as strategic advisor to revenue leaders — help them make better decisions, faster. Requirements What You Bring • 2–4 years of experience in RevOps in a B2B SaaS environment. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., power BI or similar). • You’ve built RevOps processes from the ground up or revamped them at scale. • Strong analytical skills — you’re fluent in funnel metrics and business KPIs. • A systems thinker with a bias for action — you can zoom in and out easily. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity — you like building before optimizing. • Great communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Why Join Us • Shape a function from scratch with full ownership and leadership support. • Join a high-growth SaaS business with real product-market fit. • Work with a sharp, ambitious, and diverse team that values impact over politics. Benefits Why Join Us • Shape a function from scratch with full ownership and leadership support. • Join a high-growth SaaS business with real product-market fit. • Work with a sharp, ambitious, and diverse team that values impact over politics. • Flexible working hours • Work-from-anywhere scheme • Learning & development budget If you feel you're a great fit, please apply!
