The Sales Coordinator – Perricone MD plays a central role in supporting the growth and profitability of our US B2B business across multiple retail partners. This position is both highly administrative and highly developmental: you’ll touch every part of the sales cycle from product launches and promotions to reporting, analytics, and retailer.com merchandising.
Because Perricone MD is part of THG Beauty, you’ll also work closely with central teams in Manchester, UK (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and more) as well as US-based cross-functional partners in Marketing, Digital, and Creative. Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills are essential to thrive in this global, fast-moving environment.
This is a high-exposure role where precision in the details meets impact on the bigger picture.
As Sales Coordinator, you’ll:
• Project Coordination: Track, manage, and adapt projects to ensure timely execution and delivery across all retail partners.
• Retail Activation: Support in-store and online initiatives, including new product launches, visual merchandising, GWPs, events, and sampling programs.
• Digital Content Management: Own retailer.com product page assets, copy, and updates; oversee platforms like Criteo and Syndigo to maintain a competitive presence.
• Sales Reporting & Analytics: Prepare reports on sales, exposure, and competitive activity; support data analysis to inform decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams in the UK, as well as US Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams, to ensure seamless execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with external retail partners and internal teams, managing day-to-day requests and communications.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage product send-outs, meeting recaps, order tracking, and collateral distribution with accuracy and attention to detail.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales support, ideally within prestige, luxury, or specialty retail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; comfortable learning new systems and platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful; capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-driven with a “no task too small” attitude.
• Experience with department stores, Ulta, Sephora, or similar specialty retailers preferred.
