Job Title: Sales Director – Technology Solutions (Ecommerce/Retail) Location: Remote – United States – Citizen or GC holders only Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 12-15 Years Industry Focus: Ecommerce, Retail, Consumer Goods Reports To: Business Head Gravity - www.gravityer.com Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our growth efforts across the US market. This role requires a strong background in technology sales with proven success selling into ecommerce, retail, or consumer goods sectors. You will drive new business acquisition, build strategic relationships, and position our technology services as value-driven solutions for digital-first retailers. Key Responsibilities • Own and exceed annual sales targets for the US market. • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with mid-to-large ecommerce/retail clients. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives. • Build strong C-level relationships with decision-makers across target accounts. • Understand client pain points and map them to our solutions (Commerce Platforms, OMS, WMS, Retail Tech, Digital Transformation, etc.). • Lead deal negotiations, proposals, and contract closures. • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to tailor pitches and GTM strategy. • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and webinars. Requirements • 12-15 years of B2B sales or Enterprise sales experience, with at least 10 years selling Technology Solutions to ecommerce/retail clients • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets. • Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, etc.) and retail technology landscape. • Strong network of decision-makers across retail/ecommerce organizations in the US. • Comfortable with consultative/solution selling approaches (e.g., SPIN, Challenger Sale). • Self-motivated, highly accountable, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Nice to Have • Experience selling services around supply chain, logistics tech, or omnichannel retail solutions. • Familiarity with enterprise transformation cycles and system integration processes. • Background working with global delivery teams.
