Role description
A trusted leader in household cleaning and water health products is seeking a Director of Sales to drive omnichannel growth across the Jan/San industry and direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms. Success in this role requires a strategic sales leader with a strong track record of building national growth strategies in both the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and industrial distribution markets, with proven results across eCommerce and multi-channel sales.
What Youโll Do:
โข Lead and execute omnichannel sales strategy across distributors, brokers, reps, and eCommerce (Amazon, Shopify, DTC).
โข Build and grow relationships in the janitorial/sanitary (Jan/San) and water treatment sectors.
โข Drive performance through strategic account management, forecasting, and territory development.
โข Align cross-functional teams with go-to-market execution.
โข Represent the brand at key trade shows and industry events.
What You Bring:
โข 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a mix of distribution and DTC/eCommerce success.
โข Experience selling into water systems, Jan/San, or industrial cleaning markets or similar product lines is required.
โข Strong leadership across rep networks, brokers, and multi-tier distribution.
โข Able to develop and communicate value statements for a technical product being offered to diverse buyers.
โข Bachelor's degree and willingness to travel (up to 50%) and work onsite when not traveling.
