Job Responsibilities
As the D2C eStore Sales Manager for TV, Audio, and Monitors, you’ll play a key role in driving online sales performance across direct-to-consumer digital channels in the UAE. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, manage promotions, and enhance the customer journey on the company’s eCommerce platform. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the go-to-market strategy for new product launches in coordination with Product, Marketing, and Advertising teams
• Developing and executing sustainable pricing and promotional strategies to support the full product portfolio
• Managing online sales KPIs including sell-in, sell-out, stock levels (WOS, OOS), and ageing inventory, with analysis and actions to meet targets
• Building and executing cross-category campaigns and upselling tactics in collaboration with stakeholders across Content, Product, and Sales teams
• Monitoring and optimizing the customer journey to improve conversion rates while ensuring brand consistency across platforms
• Maintaining performance dashboards to provide visibility into online channel metrics and uncover growth opportunities
• Working alongside regional and international counterparts to align on strategy and implement global best practices locally
• Using web analytics and competitor insights to inform UX improvements and eCommerce functionality enhancements
• Overseeing KPIs across traffic, sales, acquisition, and customer engagement to ensure sustained growth
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of eCommerce experience, analytical ability, and commercial acumen. Key qualifications include:
• 8–11 years of eCommerce sales experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a Master’s degree
• Proven track record in direct-to-consumer sales across eStore platforms and mobile apps
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics, technology trends, and digital customer journeys
• Solid experience in demand planning and inventory management
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills
• Confident communicator, able to create and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders and C-level audiences
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
