Sales & Marketing Director – Market-Leading Display Manufacturer – £Competitive – East Anglia / Hybrid Our client is the UK’s go-to manufacturer of advertising signs and display products, trusted for over 3 decades by high street retailers, blue-chip brands, and leading OOH agencies. From forecourts to cafés, their high-impact displays can be spotted across the nation. Profitable, innovative, and customer-focused, they’re now looking for a visionary Sales and Marketing Director to help shape the next phase of growth. With a new website launching in 2025, exciting digital transformation projects underway, and a loyal customer base primed for new ideas, this is a rare opportunity to lead strategy at board level while also driving creativity and performance on the ground. The role: • Shape and deliver commercial strategies to drive 10%+ year-on-year growth • Elevate the marketing function into a true growth engine • Lead digital transformation projects to improve customer journeys and e-commerce • Set clear performance standards and build capability across the sales and marketing function • Drive efficiency improvements and contribute directly to P&L delivery • Lead and inspire a team of 10+ across sales, marketing, and customer service Skills and Experience Required: • Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through sales and marketing strategy • Senior leadership experience in B2B (sector experience welcome but not essential) • Strong marketing expertise with a flair for customer engagement and brand-building • Commercially astute with the confidence to challenge, disrupt, and innovate • Inspiring leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams Based in East Anglia with hybrid working options, the role blends the autonomy to set strategy with the excitement of shaping transformation at ground level.
