Job Title: Sales (North America) Work Location: United States Work Format: Remote Salary:5000-6000/M Job Overview We are seeking a Sales with experience in the North American region to support the Head of North America in expanding the North American market. Responsibilities 1. Responsible for developing potential customers in the North American market, focusing on the three core channels of KA, professional distributors, and Sell-out, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business advancement. 1. Formulate sales plans to achieve distribution and sales targets, promote new product launches, key SKU promotion, etc., monitor sales data and optimize accordingly. 1. Collect and analyze market information such as industry trends and competitive dynamics, output reports, and provide suggestions for localized marketing and product iteration. 1. Collaborate with multiple departments, feedback and promote the resolution of customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction and brand image. Qualifications 1. A bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Marketing, International Trade, Beauty/Personal Care and related fields. 1. At least 2 years of sales experience in the beauty, personal care or related consumer goods industry. 1. Familiar with the operation mechanism and sales logic of beauty retail, e-commerce, and professional beauty channels in the U.S. market. Preferred Qualifications 1. Priority will be given to those with resources of chain retailers or professional distributors. 1. Preference is given to candidates with experience in North American KA, distributor or Sell-out channels.
