Role description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Senior Analyst based in the Charlotte, NC area to support key client initiatives across e-commerce, item setup and maintenance, product line reviews (PLRs), in-store execution, and post-project analysis. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting omni-channel retail strategy and execution across major accounts, including (but not limited to) The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards, ACE, Orgill, and Tractor Supply. This is a high-visibility role designed to serve as a launching pad for various retail career paths, such as account management, sales support, sales analysis, operations, and more. This position offers the right candidate exposure to multiple functional areas and an accelerated path for growth within the company and industry. Key Responsibilities ·      Partner closely with Account Managers to support relationships with clients and manage communication and deliverables for E-commerce, retail support, and analytics initiatives ·      Build and manage project timelines to drive accountability and execution across internal and external stakeholders ·      Execute item setup and maintenance processes for new and existing SKUs, ensuring retailer compliance and on-time launches ·      Oversee product data accuracy and performance across retailer websites ·      Analyze client’s online presence, retailer scorecards, and internal sales data to recommend enhancements in retail and digital execution ·      Conduct weekly audits of item data to ensure consistency, discover potential issues, and identify optimization opportunities ·      Function as liaison with retailer inventory and logistics contacts (e.g., Lowe’s LDC, THD IC) to plan for PLRs and troubleshoot logistics issues specific to item setup and online execution ·      Lead issue resolution between cross-functional teams by identifying root causes, ensuring timely action, and striving for future prevention specific to item setup, data maintenance, and online execution ·      Support PLR preparations, retailer sampling process, and post-review follow-ups ·      Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation ·      Ability to manage and communicate workload clearly and effectively ·      Travel as needed to support client meetings, line reviews, and in-store assessments ·      All other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience ·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred ·      2–5 years of experience in retail, E-commerce, or consumer goods preferred ·      Experience with retailer systems such as The Home Depot IDM and Lowe’s IMA highly preferred ·      Basic understanding of SEO with an ability to suggest improvements based on specific retailer restrictions and requirements preferred ·      Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ·      Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with all levels of an organization ·      Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority ·      Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from large datasets ·      High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex commands, pivot tables, v-lookups) ·      Proficient in other Microsoft tools: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. ·      Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems ·      A “How do I solve this?” mindset, not “Why do I have to do this?” mindset ·      Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, accountable environment ·      Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. when supporting in-store work or product reviews
