About The Role
This role will be part of KELTECβs dedicated end-user direct commercial vertical. We're seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support profitable sales growth across e-commerce (Shopify), marketplaces (Amazon, eBay), and direct sales channels.
This role combines sales, customer support, and operational execution. Youβll play a key role in the full revenue cycleβfrom responding to inbound leads and quoting, to processing orders and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead Management & Quoting
β’ Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, web form, chat)
β’ Qualify leads and recommend appropriate products
β’ Create and follow up on sales quotes using HubSpot CRM
β’ Outbound Sales
β’ Support direct sales efforts
β’ Increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by reengaging with past customers
β’ CRM & Data Management
β’ Maintain accurate lead, contact, and opportunity data in HubSpot
β’ Track pipeline activity and report on conversion performance
β’ Order Fulfillment & Support
β’ Oversee order processing activities
β’ Assign vendors based on availability and profitability
β’ Resolve order-related issues and customer questions
β’ Marketing & Ops Collaboration
β’ Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
β’ Assist with sales automation and lifecycle optimization
Key Metrics
β’ Sales and quote volume
β’ Quote-to-order conversion rate
β’ Order accuracy and fulfillment time (on time delivery)
β’ Direct channel profitability
β’ Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
Qualifications
β’ Experience in an inside sales, revenue operations, or customer success position
β’ Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
β’ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
β’ Technical product knowledge or industrial sales experience is a plus
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
