Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Associate to represent our wholesale partnerships while also managing and growing our direct-to-consumer (D2C) and (B2B) business-to-business sales. Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale Sales:
1. Identify and target potential wholesale partners, including retailers, boutiques, and e-commerce stores. With strong connections in mid-tier market and national chain stores.
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts. Partner with our customer service team on orders, forecasting and inventory.
1. Attend trade shows, showrooms, and industry events to promote the brand and cultivate new business opportunities.
Direct-to-Consumer Sales:
· Manage and expand our D2C and B2B channels, including Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
· Create and execute online campaigns using email marketing, social media, and digital promotions to drive engagement and conversions.
· Analyze consumer behavior and sales data to uncover trends and opportunities.
· Track KPIs and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of sales experience in the fashion industry, preferably in wholesale and/or D2C/B2B sales.
1. Proven track record of successfully managing wholesale accounts and driving growth in both B2B and D2C environments.
1. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
1. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
1. Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
1. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent presentation skills.
