Mason Frank are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the technical delivery of a greenfield Salesforce implementation across our clients global enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to shape the architecture from the ground up and play a key role in the digital transformation journey.
You will serve as the lead technical resource, responsible for the analysis, architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing support of the Salesforce platform, with a core focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Commerce Cloud is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of Salesforce across the organisation
• Translate business requirements into scalable and future-proof Salesforce solutions
• Provide hands-on development and configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially Commerce Cloud
• Define and implement DevOps strategies using Copado for Salesforce release management
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to ensure robust delivery practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and 3rd-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, ideally in a greenfield environment
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD automation
• Hands-on experience with Copado for Salesforce release management
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are desirable
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams
