Job Description
Join a team of bright minds to engage with customers for the purpose of delivering state of the art Salesforce solutions in the domain of E-commerce and Order Management. Accelerate your career by working in a fast-paced environment and providing solutions that touch multiple Salesforce clouds as well as external systems such as ERP, WMS, OMS, payment gateways, tax, etc.
Job Duties:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager you will:
β’ Work with team members on design and develop solutions on the following Salesforce clouds: Salesforce Order management, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Sales and Service cloud solutions
β’ Lead Discovery sessions and capture key business requirements
β’ Document functional specifications
β’ Groom and elaborate user stories including defining clear acceptance criteria
β’ Perform field mapping / transformation
β’ Perform gap analysis
β’ Assist with solution design
β’ Communicate frequently and clearly with various stakeholders including executive level on both internal as well as client side
β’ Manage PMO activities such as tracking budget and updating project status
Qualifications:
β’ 3+ years or equivalent experience with Salesforce (any cloud)
β’ 1+ year or equivalent experience in Service cloud
β’ Salesforce Admin Certifications
β’ Experience as business analyst
Nice to have:
β’ Familiarity with B2B commerce
β’ Familiarity with order management concepts
β’ Familiarity with managing integration projects
β’ Familiarity with Jira / Azure Dev Ops
β’ Other Salesforce experience
β’ Consulting experience
