Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B Functional Senior Consultant

Work you'll do
Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet solutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both internal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes.
You understand what it takes design and make complex Salesforce eCommerce solutions happen, and you'll have a firm hand on the controls every step of the way.
You'll help clients define their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating workingsessions to gain an understanding of the client's current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows.
If you like to design leading-edge solutions, you will help clients unlock the business value ofSFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), specifically Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
In this role, you'll:
โข Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
โข Assess client business requirements and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices
โข Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
โข Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
โข Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps
โข Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption
โข Author & review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations and other large projects

We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications:
Required
โข 5+ years of IT experience
โข 2+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze)
โข Experience facilitating functional discovery workshops
โข Experience with implementing payment processing features
โข Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
โข Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

โข Experience with end-to-end implementation delivery

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
