Job Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (with OMS Experience) Location: 100% Remote (Full-time) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) professional with strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement eCommerce solutions while ensuring seamless integration with OMS platforms to support end-to-end order lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce applications using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). • Implement and integrate Salesforce OMS (or third-party OMS) with SFCC for order lifecycle management (order capture, payment, fulfillment, returns). • Develop and customize cartridges, controllers, pipelines, jobs, and services within SFCC. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps to deliver scalable solutions. • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and best practices in coding standards. • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely fixes. • Stay updated with SFCC, OMS, and industry eCommerce trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware). • Proven expertise integrating and working with OMS (Salesforce OMS or equivalent platforms). • Strong knowledge of SFCC architecture, ISML, pipelines/controllers, JavaScript, and API integrations (REST/SOAP). • Hands-on experience with order orchestration, payment processing, fulfillment flows, and returns management. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred: • Salesforce Developer/Architect certifications (SFCC, Salesforce OMS). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Exposure to headless commerce, React, or PWA.
