What You’ll Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience (CloudCraze, Lightning required). • At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning work—deep understanding of components and architecture. • Experience as a technical lead on distributed teams (onshore + offshore). • Ability to drive the tech roadmap without having to manage HR issues. • Strong communication skills—you can translate between devs and business stakeholders. • Comfortable with web services and integrations. • Familiar with Microsoft tech stack and tools (e.g., Visual Studio, SQL Server, etc.). • Salesforce.com platform experience is a plus.
