About the Role
We are looking for a Search & Content Optimization Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role will play a key part in managing reporting, boosting campaigns, and supporting content and system management during the busy holiday season.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct weekly reporting pulls across search, browse, AI shopping tools, and trending metrics.
• Support search/browse boosting for marketing campaigns and peak holiday/Black Friday traffic.
• Build and maintain rendering templates for content.
• Address data governance requests and ensure compliance.
• Perform facet cleanup on new category pages.
• Provide hands-on system management support to optimize performance.
Qualifications
• Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and optimization.
• Experience in search/browse tools or AI-driven shopping platforms preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior retail or e-commerce experience a plus.
