Role description
Adecco Creative and Marketing is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Associate/Analyst (Contractor) to support global SEM and Shopping campaigns across multiple fast-growing consumer business lines. This role is execution-driven and requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-oriented, and comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end with minimal oversight. This role is hybrid in NY or San Francisco. Key Responsibilities β€’ Campaign Execution & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize SEM and Shopping campaigns at a global scale, including keyword builds, negative keyword strategies, bidding, ad copy/creative testing, and performance reporting. β€’ Optimization & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign delivery closely, driving efficiency through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven adjustments. β€’ Process & Productivity Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate tasks where possible, and standardize reporting to increase productivity and scalability. β€’ Strategic Alignment: Translate business objectives into campaign strategies designed to achieve growth, efficiency, and ROI goals. β€’ Collaboration & Communication: Provide clear updates and insights to stakeholders, articulating both performance metrics and the reasoning behind decisions and optimizations. Basic Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. β€’ 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEM and/or paid digital channels, ideally in a high-growth, global environment. β€’ Proven track record of end-to-end campaign management and optimization. β€’ Strong understanding of digital media buying, tracking, and attribution across both web and app ecosystems. β€’ Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL for analysis and reporting. β€’ Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. β€’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain the β€œwhy” and β€œhow” behind campaign performance and strategy. β€’ Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently as a contractor. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns across diverse regions. β€’ Expertise in campaigns driving traffic to both apps and web platforms. β€’ Familiarity with incremental testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance measurement. β€’ Strong technical understanding of marketing platforms, analytics tools, and attribution methodologies. β€’ Advanced reporting and dashboard-building capabilities.
