Job Title: Senior SEO Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Experience Required: 6+ years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven SEO expert with a strong command of both technical and content-focused SEO, including off-page strategies and EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) best practices. You should be proficient in tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio, and capable of mentoring a growing SEO team. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and own the end-to-end SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. β€’ Implement and optimize EEAT signals across all content and link-building efforts to build brand authority. β€’ Plan and execute link-building campaigns, outreach efforts, and content partnerships aligned with Google’s quality guidelines. β€’ Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor audits, and opportunity analysis to identify content gaps and ranking opportunities. β€’ Monitor and enhance site performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio. β€’ Create and maintain SEO dashboards and performance reports in Looker Studio to track KPIs, rankings, and traffic trends. β€’ Collaborate with development, content, paid media, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. β€’ Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, driving continuous improvement and training initiatives. β€’ Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies proactively. Key Requirements: β€’ Minimum 6 years of hands-on SEO experience, with proven success in driving organic growth. β€’ Deep understanding of EEAT principles and experience implementing them at a strategic and content level. β€’ Strong knowledge of off-page SEO, including ethical link-building strategies, brand mentions, and digital PR. β€’ Expertise in technical SEO (structured data, site speed, indexation, Core Web Vitals, canonical tags). β€’ Proficiency in SEO tools: GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, etc. β€’ Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom headless CMS systems. β€’ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: β€’ Experience working with international or multilingual websites. β€’ Understanding of SEO for JS frameworks (React, Next.js) and AWS-hosted environments. β€’ Knowledge of ORM (Online Reputation Management) and content-driven SEO.
