The Role The company is looking for a hands-on SEO Lead to build their SEO function from the ground up and make it a key growth driver. You’ll be involved in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO while also managing agencies and creative partners. As the function grows, you’ll develop scalable processes and eventually build a team around you. If you have proven success building SEO into a true growth engine — and you’re comfortable working in an uncensored / NSFW content environment — this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO • Conduct audits, implement fixes, and embed best practices across product & engineering • Drive authority building, reporting, and performance tracking (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) • Manage agencies and partners to deliver scalable, measurable results • Define and own the SEO roadmap, from strategy to execution to team-building Requirements • 7–10+ years of SEO experience, ideally where SEO was central to company growth • Proven track record across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO • Strong communication skills, fluent English • Ability to balance execution and strategy in a fast-moving environment • Comfortable building products in the adult/NSFW industry • Leadership potential with ambition to grow into leading a team • Bonus experience: Marketplaces, SaaS, content/media platforms, subscription/freemium models.
