โข Paid Search Manager Responsibilities:
โข Manage, execute and optimize holistic paid search strategies, serving as the subject matter expert for media buying initiatives for B2B and B2C clients
โข Help to develop and pitch robust media plans that align with overall marketing and media objectives
โข Be hands-on in deep dive into platforms to manage and optimize PPC spends when needed and make strategic campaign performance recommendations
โข Manage organic search and SEO strategies as needed
โข Establish and manage tracking and providing of insights and analysis of campaign performance on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis to align with client KPIs and success metrics across various channels
โข Provide expert strategy and execution across Google and Bing
โข Leverage your understanding of how paid search channels impact overall media mix and directly/indirectly influence business decisions and objectives
โข Collaborate closely with internal teams such as account services and peers on all performance marketing initiatives including campaign development, on-going communication, as well as the strategy and execution of campaigns
โข Stay ahead of the curve by researching new ad platforms and brainstorming innovative campaign ideas
Paid Search Manager Qualifications:
โข Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field of study
โข Minimum 3 years of experience in paid search media, ideally within an advertising agency environment
โข Knowledgeable and confident in various ad platforms and programs including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
โข Strong analytical skills to collect, compile, organize, track and analyze data
โข Technically savvy and experienced in areas such as programmatic and demand-side ad platforms
โข Thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
