Role description
Job Summary: Seller Onboarding Specialist Remote • Manage and execute the onboarding process for new sellers on the eCommerce platform • Serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd party (3P) sellers, building and maintaining strong relationships • Guide sellers through catalog setup, item data management, and operations processes • Actively communicate via calls and written correspondence to support sellers' onboarding needs • Leverage industry/category and eCommerce market knowledge to assist sellers effectively • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth seller integration • Use process definition tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and Microsoft Office applications to document and improve onboarding workflows • Address and resolve escalations, managing multiple projects in parallel with attention to detail • Ensure a high standard of service, demonstrating consultative problem-solving and active listening skills • Stay informed of trends in retail, marketplace channels, and B2B communication (XML, Webservices) • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the onboarding process • Present information logically and succinctly to both sellers and internal stakeholders
