Role description
Title: Senior eCommerce Manager Type: Freelance (potential to convert to full-time) Schedule: 40 hours/week Location: Downtown, Los Angeles (2 days onsite) Start Date: ASAP, once the right candidate is identified Rate: $65 - $70/hour Growing fitness company is seeking a Sr. eCommerce Manager to work with their team. This is a 40 hour/week, ongoing contract opportunity. This role requires 2 days/week onsite in Downtown Los Angeles. Fulltime conversion is possible for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is a strategic e-commerce leader with a passion for creating high-converting digital experiences and driving global DTC growth. They combine expertise in site optimization, data-driven decision-making, and rapid execution with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. This person thrives on crafting customer journeys that seamlessly connect products and digital platforms to deliver exceptional results. Must Haves โ€ข 8+ years of ecommerce experience โ€ข Expert level knowledge of Shopify โ€ข Proficiency with Google Analytics, Visually, Hotjar, Optimizely, Slack, etc. โ€ข Experience running A/B tests, analyzing user behavior data and optimized conversion funnels โ€ข Knowledge of how to position a product digital โ€ข Experience working with marketing, product and ops teams What You'll Do โ€ข Create compelling digital narratives for product launches that clearly communicate value propositions and drive conversions. โ€ข Develop and execute testing strategies across all customer touchpoints; continuously experiment to improve performance โ€ข Build scalable processes for quick launch of landing pages for promotions, seasonal drops, and collaborations โ€ข Partner with marketing, analytics, product, and operations to ensure cohesive e-commerce experiences โ€ข Own DTC inventory planning with FP&A and operations, balancing demand forecasting and cash flow โ€ข Collaborate on strategies for efficient, cost-effective global order fulfillment. โ€ข Support international DTC strategy, adapting approaches for different markets โ€ข Leverage analytics, heatmaps, and customer feedback to drive measurable improvements in conversion, AOV, LTV, and revenue Nice To Haves โ€ข Bachelor's degree in a related field โ€ข Background and a passion for health, wellness and fitness Reply with your resume to be considered.
