As a Senior Brand Acceleration Specialist, you will become a strategic partner to the brands we serve. You’ll drive visibility, revenue, and operational excellence across Amazon and Walmart by owning the advertising strategy, performance tracking, and creative alignment. You’ll work across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP, as well as SEO/keyword analysis, product listing optimizations, A/B testing, and account troubleshooting. But it’s not just about the tasks — it’s about understanding the “why” behind every lever, and using that understanding to drive performance at scale. You'll collaborate with content designers, ad analysts, founders, and operators to build strategies that help brands go from $50K/month to $500K/month and beyond. 🔎 A Day in the Life A typical day might include: • Reviewing ad performance for a brand across three marketplaces and suggesting budget reallocation based on TACoS, organic rank, and ACOS trends. • Launching a new Sponsored Brands campaign for a newly launched product and coordinating with the design team on the creative asset. • Pulling a Search Query Performance report and identifying keyword-level opportunities to improve share of voice. • Meeting with a client to review goals for Q4 and propose new testing budgets or strategic promotions. • Troubleshooting a Buy Box suppression issue that’s impacting conversion. • Teaching a junior team member how to bucket keywords by intent level and stage of funnel. This role is hands-on, strategic, and cross-functional. Every week brings something new — whether that’s a brand launch, a product rescue, or scaling something that’s already working. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Advertising Strategy & Management • Build and execute advertising strategies for brands across Amazon and Walmart. • Oversee campaign launches, budget allocation, keyword harvesting, and bid optimization. • Monitor TACoS, ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide account decisions. Keyword & Content Optimization • Audit listings for conversion and indexing issues. • Collaborate with our design team to align creative with top-performing keywords. • Implement keyword-driven content updates in titles, bullets, and back-end fields. Client Ownership & Communication • Act as the day-to-day lead for assigned accounts. • Proactively communicate wins, risks, and opportunities. • Create reports and dashboards that turn data into strategy. We want to help you grow as fast as you're ready. 🧩 Who We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone who: • Has 2–4 years of experience working in marketing, account management, PPC, or ads strategy • Is analytical and detail-oriented, yet also has the creativity to brainstorm listing angles and campaign ideas • Can manage multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball • Is comfortable speaking with clients, and can break down data in a clear, actionable way • Is fluent in English and can hold meetings and write reports for North American clients • Lives in Guatemala and is able to work from our office 3 days per week Nice-to-haves (but not required): • Knowledge of Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, SellerCentral, or Target • Experience with Helium10, DataDive, or SQP analysis • Basic familiarity with creative assets like A+ content, Storefronts, or video ads 🧠 Our Work Model & Culture We believe great people do great work when they have both support and flexibility.
