Job Description: AdMedia is looking for a hardworking self-starter, ambitious, multifaceted self-starter with experience in online search advertising marketing and media to join our Affiliate Management team! This is a unique opportunity to build and foster strategic partnerships with premier digital media publishers across the nation. Knowledge of and experience in working with data and a thorough understanding of Excel and/or Google Sheets is required. Knowledge of and experience in digital media is required. Initial and ongoing technical training on our products and services will be provided. This role is both analytical and client-facing. This is a full-time, remote position in the US only. US citizenship is required to apply. There is potential for this role to grow into a leadership role as our US Affiliate Management Team Lead. In the leadership role you would take on a key leadership role, directly managing, training, and supporting the US Publisher Affiliate Managers (PubAM). Currently, this team consists of six members. Your responsibilities would extend beyond just overseeing the team; you would play a pivotal role in driving the success of our publisher partnerships. Responsibilities: 1. Daily Audits and Account Management You will be responsible for conducting daily audits of all live publisher accounts in our network. This involves ensuring that publishers are equipped with the latest creative assets, links, and tailored reports. You’ll collaborate closely with the Ad Operations (AO) team to ensure that RPC, click caps, and redirect URLs are current, accurate, and communicated effectively to publishers through PubAMs. 1. Liaison Between PubAM and Business Development (BD) Teams Act as the key point of contact between the PubAM and BD teams. Facilitate smooth communication with accounts, advocate for new campaign opportunities, and provide detailed performance feedback to internal teams to ensure alignment across the board. 1. Account Distribution and Oversight Assign new accounts across the PubAM team, balancing workload and considering individual expertise. Take charge of training, managing, and overseeing the team in conducting daily account audits, ensuring findings are reported thoroughly via Slack or email. Your proactive approach will be vital in monitoring account activity, analyzing performance, and identifying innovative strategies to increase revenue. 1. Optimization and Expansion Train and mentor the team on optimizing publisher performance to scale and expand inventory. Focus on improving traffic quality and overall metrics. Leverage your analytical skills to dig into campaign data, uncover trends, and identify opportunities for growth. 1. Standard Operating Procedures and Compliance Ensure the team adheres to established procedures for new publisher launches, SPAFs, and lead follow-ups. Emphasize the importance of compliance with our guidelines and policies, with particular attention to traffic channels, publisher tiers, and brand safety standards. 1. Outreach and Relationship Building Guide the PubAM team in conducting outreach to new leads closed by the BD team, as well as in re-engaging former publishers who have gone inactive. Encourage creative approaches to bring these publishers back into the fold and foster long-term partnerships. 1. Goal Setting and Accountability Establish clear, trackable performance goals for the PubAM team. Set ambitious yet achievable revenue growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to drive success. Hold team members accountable to these goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement. 1. Communication and Follow-up Train and supervise the team on sending daily summary emails and managing follow-up communications. Ensure that all outstanding questions or issues outlined in these emails are addressed promptly and thoroughly. 1. Representation at Industry Events Represent AdMedia at industry conferences and client meetings. In this capacity, your focus will be on strengthening relationships with existing publishers, showcasing our value, and leaving a positive, lasting impression both virtually and in-person. Required Experience and Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role • 3-5 years of Affiliate Marketing or Publisher Management experience is required • Bachelor’s Degree is required • Master’s Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred, but not required • Proven track record of effectively managing and building client relationships • Availability for light travel • Expert proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets • Experience entering data into software programs and performing tasks which require accuracy, efficiency, and technical skill • Quick learner, analytical thinker and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical skills under tight deadlines • Experience managing an affiliate program with CJ, Amazon, eBay, Impact, ShareASale, etc. is a plus.
