The Senior Amazon Account Manager will be at the forefront of transforming a £15m+ online business into a £25m+ powerhouse. The Role The Senior Amazon Account Manager will own the strategy and delivery of all things Amazon, with a clear focus on Amazon. Working closely with a strong existing Head of Digital (by their own Admission not an Amazon Expert), you’ll take responsibility for: • Scaling Amazon the Amazon Business turnover 1.5-2x through increased advertising investment, enhanced brand presence, and top-of-funnel activation and European Expansion across the Brand portfolio. • Driving Amazon performance marketing to fuel awareness, new customer acquisition, and repeat purchase across channels - owning Amazon Agency relationship, holding them to account and driving performance through world class campaigns and activation. • Building future-ready infrastructure — from systems, processes, tools and data analytics to fulfilment models — that supports scale. • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and supply chain teams to align digital strategy with broader business growth objectives. About You We’re looking for a growth-driven e-commerce leader with both strategic vision and hands-on expertise. You will bring: • A track record of scaling Amazon channels, ideally in consumer goods or FMCG. • Ideally experience in trading Amazon in the UK and Europe - even better if you've expanded into New Markets. • Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand awareness levers, and customer acquisition economics. • Commercial acumen with the ability to translate digital activity into tangible business outcomes. • Experience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments (PE-backed a plus). • Energy, resilience, and a growth mindset — excited by the challenge of taking a business from “good” to “best in class.” What’s Next?
