Job Description As the Sr Analyst Digital Strategy, eCommerce, you will be a key driver of digital sales growth and performance across Moen’s diverse product portfolio. This hybrid role blends data science, ecommerce strategy, and digital merchandising to inform high-impact decisions and lead execution. You’ll work closely with Moen’s Head of eCommerce to design and deploy data-backed strategies that minimize missed opportunities and accelerate channel growth. This role demands a proactive, insights-driven professional with a sharp analytical mindset and strong commercial instincts. Your Role Your work will span strategy, execution, and optimization. About 80% of your time will be focused on the following areas: • Analyze ecommerce performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across key platforms. • Develop and execute strategies for category expansion, retention, and channel conversion. • Lead initiatives to unlock new revenue streams and reduce inefficiencies in the digital funnel. • Own digital shelf strategy, including product content optimization (copy, images, SEO) and assortment planning. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align on sales strategies, roadmaps, and promotional initiatives. • Monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, ROAS) and use them to guide daily and quarterly priorities. • Partner with retailers to strengthen relationships and enhance Moen’s ecommerce presence. • Apply test-and-learn methodologies to assess the impact of content, pricing, and promotional strategies. • Communicate insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. • Leverage personalization, retargeting, and segmentation strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Data Science, Engineering or related field). • 3-5+ years of experience • 2+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally with Amazon, Wayfair, or similar digital retail partners. • Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights. • Proven track record of executing ecommerce strategies that drive measurable business impact. • Strong understanding of digital merchandising, online promotions, and ecommerce KPIs. • Experience in cross-functional roles (e.g., sales, marketing, or analytics). • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment. • Naturally curious and self-motivated, with a track record of taking initiative and driving results without needing direction. • Willing to travel up to 20%. Preferred Qualifications • Masters in Data Science, Engineering, or MBA • Experience with ecommerce tools (e.g., Profitero, Stackline, Helium 10, Power BI). • Background in budget management or resource optimization. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership. Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
