Join the team shaping the voice of fashion-forward occasionwear, high-end eCommerce, and industry-leading fulfilment services. We’re looking for a talented and strategic Brand Copywriter to support the storytelling, tone, and communication strategies across our growing brand portfolio: Club L London, Lavish Alice, and Beyond Fulfilment.
This is a high-impact role for a copy and comms expert who can pivot between B2C fashion messaging and professional B2B narratives—bringing each brand to life with clarity, creativity, and consistency and driving the brand vision through unique content.
The Role
As our Senior Brand Copywriter, you’ll own and drive the copy strategy in line with the brands vision- the creative and strategic mind behind all internal and external written communications. You’ll develop and implement brand-wide tone of voice strategies, creating copy that informs, inspires and entertains , and converts—whether it’s a global press release, unique blog series, CRM campaigns, internal HR documents, global eComm content, or B2B marketing toolkits.
You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure copy is impactful, engaging, and always aligned with each brand’s purpose and personality. This role requires adaptability, precision, and the ability to switch between formats and audiences with ease.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the copy strategy across all brands including but not limited to the tone of voice for each brand across all communication touchpoints—ensuring clarity, consistency, and resonance in every message.
• Write and optimise copy for a wide variety of platforms and formats, including:
• CRM (emails, flows, promotions)
• Social media (channel-specific strategy and messaging)
• Website content (landing pages, banners, categories)
• Campaign copy
• Develop and execute Blog concepts and copy in line with campaign launches, seasonal trends and searches
• Press releases, PR kits, brand books, lookbooks
• Business communications (HR documents, investor packs, partnership documents and pitches, internal comms)
• B2B toolkits and client-facing material for Beyond Fulfilment
• Direct the tone of all product descriptions ensuring the Ecom team adhere to guidelines and include all relevant product details and USPS.
• Develop storytelling around key brand initiatives such as ESG, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, PR, Social, CRM, Design, and eCommerce to align messaging and campaign objective.
• Create localised and culturally relevant content for international sites and regional markets.
• Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with keyword strategies using tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and data analysis.
• Continually refine copy guidelines in line with brand evolution, performance insights, and customer feedback.
• Conduct research into industry trends, competitor messaging, and performance metrics to inform future strategies.
About You
• 3+ years’ experience in a senior copywriting or communications role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce. Experience in agency and/or brand-side settings is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to write across multiple tones, formats, and platforms—from editorial to technical.
• Proven ability to manage tone of voice for multiple brands with different audiences (B2C and B2B).
• Confident with SEO best practices and tools, with a data-driven mindset for improving copy performance.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a natural editor with exceptional grammar and spelling.
• Self-starter with strong organisational and time-management skills; capable of working autonomously and delivering high-quality output at pace.
• A creative thinker with a commercial mindset—able to balance brand storytelling with business objectives.
• Experience using Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, Shopify (preferred but not required), and AI tools for content ideation or optimisation
