Alpargatas is making significant investments in the North America & Caribbean operation to ensure Havaianas will take a leadership position in the market in the coming years. Job Summary: Havaianas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand marketing efforts in North America. This role will be responsible for collaborating with the Marketing Director, cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop and drive effective 360 marketing programs for the brand. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will oversee the execution of launch plans, implementation of strategic marketing initiatives, and the creation of marketing assets / content. The ideal candidate is a team leader, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a track record of driving brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives. β€’ This is a Hybrid position. Candidate must live in the New York area and must be willing to work at our New York, NY HQ up to 3x per week. Key Duties & Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty β€’ Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels including digital media, out of home, media partnerships, public relations, social media, influencer partnerships, and events β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams & distributor to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and sales goals β€’ Collaborate with global teams to ensure brand consistency, execute launches of global campaigns, and align on go to market calendars and priorities β€’ Manage global creative assets and execute local content creation/shoot production β€’ Develop strategic creative briefs that align to the business objectives, brand strategy and goals β€’ Work closely with the e-commerce team to maintain brand consistency and storytelling across website and email marketing. β€’ Develop and refine brand and product messaging and copy, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints β€’ Build and track brand marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize ROI β€’ Lead external agencies including creative agency, press / influencer agency and digital media agency β€’ Oversee social media calendar and analytics β€’ Remain informed about industry trends and best practices, consumer trends, competitive insights and growth opportunities β€’ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness marketing campaigns and report back to key stakeholders This job description is intended to cover the core accountabilities of the position and is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
