Senior Brand Marketing Executive, 37.5hrs To deliver the brand marketing strategy and communicate Radley as a modern British icon of accessible luxury, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. You will work with key stakeholders on the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with creative, sales, digital, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand presence. Additionally, you will support PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, and gifting strategies to amplify brand awareness and engagement. A strong focus on retail marketing will be essential, ensuring impactful in-store activations and POS materials that enhance brand presence and drive foot traffic. You will work closely with retail partners to optimise strategies and align marketing efforts with seasonal and brand objectives. This role requires a strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams to deliver compelling brand narratives and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Support on the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns, from seasonal launches to strategic brand moments. Ensure all marketing initiatives are consistent with the brand's identity, messaging and aesthetic across all channels. • Oversee retail marketing plans and budget ensuring alignment with long-term brand strategies and business objectives. • Build strong relationships with store retail and centre marketing teams. Provide a consistent cascade of brand content ensuring cohesion in messaging and to drive regional brand awareness and customer acquisition. • Support PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, and gifting strategies to amplify brand awareness and engagement. • Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring seamless alignment with trading, digital and brand content calendars. Also support with weekly, monthly and end-of-campaign reports, to measure success and make data-driven recommendations for future activities. • Research/develop potential new brand partnerships to help amplify the brand to a new audience via CRM, stores and social channels. • Drive Radley’s LinkedIn strategy, ensuring all content is aligned with the overall brand goals. • Contribute to customer insight projects by organising and managing research groups with customers and non-customers. Responsible for event logistics, post-event analysis and reporting. • Regularly review competitor activity and track industry trends, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions for future campaigns. • Brainstorm, plan and manage store marketing initiatives, events and comms for new store openings, tracking performance against KPI’s and ROI objectives. • Collaborate with the wholesale team to execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Support our partners with timely delivery of campaign imagery and marketing materials for digital and in-store activations. • Manage and nurture relationships with Radley’s charity partner, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives. • Provide clear and effective support to both internal and external customers, addressing their needs and responding promptly. Skills & Experience • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the fashion industry or a related luxury/consumer goods sector. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing and e-commerce. • In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape. • Excellent project management skills and proven track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact. • Strong strategic thinking with a creative and results-oriented mindset. • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Communication: the ability to convey information clearly to internal and external stakeholders. • Microsoft 365 experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
