Key Responsibilities: Product & Strategy Leadership β€’ Define and drive the product roadmap and market strategy for Bybit Pay, focusing on core capabilities such as QR code payments, E-commerce checkout, and Send/Receive functionality. β€’ Align product development with evolving market trends, user needs, and the broader business objectives of the organization. Business Development & Market Expansion β€’ Develop and execute go-to-market plans for high-potential regions including Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. β€’ Lead end-to-end merchant payment use case integrations, covering offline retail, cross-border e-commerce, and digital goods platforms. β€’ Establish and manage partnerships with PSPs, wallets, aggregators, and other key ecosystem stakeholders. β€’ Collaborate with regional marketing and operations teams to drive QR activation, user conversion, and DAU (daily active user) growth. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration β€’ Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across product, business development, operations, and analytics. β€’ Coordinate closely with legal, risk, finance, and engineering teams to solve complex challenges related to fund flows, transaction processing, settlement, and compliance approvals. β€’ Act as an internal champion and strategic owner for the company's global crypto payments initiatives. Qualifications: β€’ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international payments, with a proven track record of launching or scaling payment products or business operations globally. β€’ In-depth knowledge of the global payments ecosystem, including PSPs, payment gateways, stablecoin infrastructure, and cross-border settlement flows. β€’ Familiarity with FX conversion processes, stablecoins, and crypto wallet functionalities. β€’ Solid understanding of financial regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. β€’ Strong cross-cultural communication and project management skills, capable of driving collaboration across multi-regional, cross-functional teams. β€’ Background in fintech or crypto-related cross-border payment applications is highly preferred. β€’ English native proficiency or full business fluency is required; additional European language skills are a strong advantage.
